Occupied Home Staging
Furnished properties present a unique set of challenges. These properties often need cosmetic and repair work, extensive “editing “ of current furnishings and accessories, acquisition of and move out to storage, and finally, the addition of furniture and/or accessories for ideal photo and buyer presentation. Our team is experienced in handling all the complexities of this process from the initial project assessment through the final staging installation.
Vacant Home Staging
Effective staging of vacant properties requires a balance between “neutral “and “exciting”. It’s important that a staged property not appear too static or bare. Each must be unique and engaging, and not shy about exhibiting some character.
